  • Shipping Fees: We charge €5.99 for orders under €20, but if you spend over €20, you get free shipping. It’s that simple!

  • Order Processing: Your order will be processed within 1-3 business days. We want you to have your new bag as soon as possible, so we act fast.

  • Delivery Times: Typically, it takes 5-11 business days for your order to arrive, but delays can sometimes happen, especially in busy seasons.

  • Tracking Your Order: Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your order.

  • Business Days Only: We work Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. So, if you order over the weekend, we’ll ship it the following business day.
